Launch Giveaway Unlock Terms & Conditions

To celebrate the launch of the Fifth Floor Lifestyle Golf Polo Collection, every qualifying polo purchase made during the promotional period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Fifth Floor Golf Bundle Giveaway.

The giveaway will be unlocked once a minimum of twenty-five (25) golf polos have been sold during the launch promotion. The purpose of this giveaway is to celebrate and support the successful launch of the collection with our community.

If the minimum sales threshold of twenty-five (25) polos is achieved, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period. The winner will be notified using the contact information provided at checkout.

If the minimum sales threshold is not reached by the conclusion of the promotional period, Fifth Floor Lifestyle reserves the right to postpone, modify, replace, or cancel the giveaway. In such circumstances, no cash alternative, substitution, or compensation will be provided unless otherwise determined by Fifth Floor Lifestyle at its sole discretion.

Each qualifying polo purchased during the promotional period will receive one (1) giveaway entry unless otherwise stated. Multiple purchases may result in multiple entries. Entries are non-transferable and have no cash value.

By participating in this promotion, customers acknowledge and agree that the giveaway is contingent upon the launch threshold being met and understand that the giveaway will only be activated once the required number of polo sales has been achieved.

Fifth Floor Lifestyle reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify fraudulent entries, modify promotional dates, adjust giveaway details, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make administration of the giveaway impractical.

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. All decisions made by Fifth Floor Lifestyle regarding the promotion and giveaway are final.
